Compliance Analyst
GTIS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with information security frameworks, compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Graduate (Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and security frameworks.
- Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Support certification and audit activities for PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and compliance documentation.
- Track audit findings and remediation activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during compliance engagements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Prepare compliance reports, evidence packs, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support third-party risk assessments and vendor compliance reviews.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, and other security frameworks.
- Experience in compliance audits, risk management, and information security governance.
- Familiarity with security controls, vulnerability management, and risk treatment processes.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects within timelines and budgets. The role involves coordinating between teams, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.

- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Schedule meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
