With two decades of experience in the Technology Industry with extensive experience in Planning, Designing, Implementation & managing ISP, Call Centers, BPO, KPO, Data Centers in India, US, UK, Costa Rica and EMEA region.
Prior to GTIS, he was working as VP– Technology & CISO with Multi National Company handling 10 facilities with over 12000 employees spread over multiple locations and as a Director – IT, Infrastructure & CISO at HCL Technologies was responsible for total IT Infrastructure initiatives including DR/BCP. On the Technology front, NK Singh also holds other Professional Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CSPFA, CIPT, C-Voice, SCND, SA1, SA2, Linux, MCSE, MCP+I, SQL, Oracle DBA Certified, ITIL ® V3 Foundation practitioner. etc. An MBA in Cyber Security.

Married and blessed with a daughter both residing in Manila. Allan carries with him extensive years of experience within the BPO, Contact Center, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Healthcare arena.
Country Head for La Perouse, Site Director for ACS of the Philippines and a Global Support Head for Telus International. Allan sees himself as someone who is easy to get along with and enjoys outdoor activities on his free time.
